The Adams County Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the inaugural 40 Under 40 Awards, to be held on December 4th, at FaithLife Church in West Union. This event will honor 40 exceptional young professionals from across Adams County who are making a significant impact in their fields, community, and beyond.
These awardees represent the future of our region — leaders under age 40 who bring innovation, integrity, and energy to the business, non-profit, civic and entrepreneurial sectors. We believe in amplifying voices, celebrating achievement, and fostering connections.
Nomination & Eligibility
Who can be nominated?
Must be under the age of 40 as of December 31, 2025.
Must live or work in Adams County, Ohio.
Must be actively engaged in their profession (business, non-profit, civic) and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and community impact.
Self-nominations are encouraged.
How to nominate:
Submit your nomination form no later than 11:59 p.m.,November 13, 2025. All evaluations are conducted by independent volunteers, including chamber professionals from across the United States. No staff, volunteers, or board members of the Adams County Chamber of Commerce participate in the judging process.
