Dottie Latham is a respected Board Member of the Adams County Chamber of Commerce and the longtime owner of Winchester Carpet Outlet. With decades of experience as a small business owner, Dottie brings valuable insight into the critical role small businesses play in driving local and regional economic growth. She understands firsthand how entrepreneurship supports jobs, builds strong communities, and contributes to a thriving economy.

Dottie has dedicated much of her life to making Adams County a better place. She has volunteered her time and expertise to numerous boards, committees, and civic organizations—all with the goal of creating a stronger, more sustainable future for the region. As a member of the Chamber’s Nominating Committee, she helps shape the leadership that guides local business and community initiatives.

Beyond her professional and volunteer work, Dottie enjoys reading, following politics, attending truck pulls, and spending quality time with her mother.
