Jason Francis serves as Chairman of the Adams County Chamber of Commerce and is a dedicated Councilman for the Village of West Union, where he has also served as President of Council. A lifelong advocate for community development, Jason is deeply rooted in the region through his active involvement on numerous boards and committees focused on promoting both economic and social growth.

In his leadership role with the Chamber, Jason also serves on the Executive Committee, Marketing Committee, and Membership Committee, where he contributes to shaping strategic initiatives and fostering member engagement across the county.

Outside of his public service and professional commitments, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Carleigh, and their three dogs—George, Lincoln, and Teddy.
