Randi McFarland-Franklin serves as the Business Coordinator for the Adams County Chamber of Commerce. Before joining the Chamber, she managed her family’s locally owned restaurant, gaining hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, and community engagement. She continues to support her family’s efforts to grow their business in new areas.

Randi’s goal is to help grow Adams County by providing Chamber members with all the resources and support they need to succeed. Her unique perspective as both a former business owner and Chamber staff member allows her to offer practical insight and a strong commitment to the success of local businesses.
